PeakStay was founded by Spencer and Ashley — two short-term rental investors and operators who built their reputation co-hosting 65+ properties across the U.S. and Canada before bringing their system to the Smoky Mountains.
Spencer & Ashley
Spencer and Ashley co-founded a luxury vacation rental management company in 2019 after turning their own real estate investments into top-performing short-term rentals. By 2021, Ashley had left her corporate career to run the business full-time. Spencer followed in May 2022. By 2023, their team was managing over 60 high-performing properties across five territories in Canada.
They personally own six vacation rentals, each managed to the same standard they bring to every co-hosting partnership. That means every pricing decision, every guest communication protocol, and every maintenance standard they apply to your property is one they live by themselves — with their own money on the line.
